Dr Friedrich Grote advises medium-sized companies and their owners as well as group companies comprehensively on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including distribution law. Furthermore, Dr Grote represents customers and contractors, in particular in the construction and mechanical engineering sector, in drafting contracts and project support.

His work also includes his clients’ representation in court and arbitration proceedings.

With regard to tasks in corporate law, property transactions as well as general and company succession planning, clients may also consult Dr Grote in his capacity as a notary.

Curriculum Vitae

Dr Friedrich Grote studied law as a scholar of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung at the Universities of Gießen and Münster. Working as a research assistant for Professor Kollhosser at the University of Münster, Dr Grote completed his doctoral thesis on advisory boards in public limited partnerships for investor protection. Following his legal studies, Dr Grote joined Kümmerlein Rechtsanwälte & Notare in 1996. He was appointed as a notary in 2005. As a notary, Dr Grote is specialized in corporate law as well as company successions. He is a member of the advisory board of several family-owned companies and foundations.
