Lukas Carstensen is a lawyer in the public law department of Kümmerlein. He advises companies and public authorities on constitutional and administrative law issues, in particular environmental and planning law. One of his main areas of practice is the public law support of complex approval procedures, especially in the field of infrastructure projects.
Lukas Carstensen studied law at the University Münster. After completing his legal clerkship in the public law department of a commercial law firm in Düsseldorf and in the Federal Ministry of the Interior in Berlin, he joined Kümmerlein as a research assistant in December 2017. He was admitted to the bar in October 2018. Lukas Carstensen speaks German and English.
While working, he is completing his doctorate on a constitutional topic.
