Environmental and Planning Law

Our office has decades of experience in supporting projects through approval proceedings, with and without public consultation and environmental impact assessments. Starting with technically complex facilities of public interest in the areas of nuclear energy and raw materials extraction, we have brought our expertise to other industries - for example, grid expansion, pipelines, pollution control facilities and waste management facilities. There are not many law firms in Germany with comparable expertise in such a comprehensive range of planning procedures.

We advise project developers and regulatory authorities nationwide on constitutional and administrative law issues, to ensure the implementation of projects is legally watertight. As project managers, we support authorities with the regulation of complex projects.
